Leadership within the HELM Initiative is about leading rather than advising existing societal leadership. Going directly to the population offering better programs to solve social issues is needed to build a New Society. Real change is driven by success and the imitation of that success.
We can compare the current situation to an old building, enlarged from a single story three room structure to a multi story one with hundreds of rooms. The original structure is still there and servers as the basis for the growth since it began. Rather get a permit to build a new building the owners decided to skip that and just add new rooms.
We can create a new structure based on feedback from our own members. What is important to know about this, is that our members are already where the rest of the population will be when the changes become established and that this will enable us to organize around advanced concepts and understandings.
