In May 2017, I published a controversial guide for Lightworkers/Starseeds to apply to their soul path work, when engaged in planetary liberation work of any kind.
It became controversial … because it not only exposed the behavior & tell tale signs of a dark being posing as a Light Being (and many are not conscious that they’re dark, which only increased the controversy) …
… it also reminded, and or revealed to positive beings who are very damaged or laden with severe negative programming … that we too can inadvertently infect a network or operation if we don’t take care of our own internal ‘stuff’.
Plenty of darkness gets channeled into a network or operation through our own internal damage too.
So I wasn’t very popular for a while.
But it’s a classic case of “… don’t shoot the messenger”.
Or why TRUTH, historically & symbolically … has often been represented by the sword. Like a sword, the truth cuts through all the lies, and it can also hurt … but only if we’re subscribed to any of those lies.
Even James Gilliland has had to send out a short message telling everyone to hold the line. A lot of entities have come out of the woodwork as we get closer to making First Contact…. and thus it’s important to maintain strict consistency in clearing ourselves on a daily basis.

Due to the extreme 3D & energy clearing workload …. this’ll be the shortest Ground Crew Command episode article ever.
Yes … things did shift, we did go through the Pleiadian 11/11 portal thanks to all the mass meditations on the day, with many meditation groups celebrating the 11/11 in their own different ways.
What the 144k Group discovered with its in depth & advanced meditation was quite revealing, and I will be getting into that on this week’s show.
And thank goodness … because we still had a bit to go, in terms of ascending the planet to a much higher timeline where major instabilities in world economies, currency crashes & societal upheaval are not part of the scenario.
The physical indicators for this are showing up everywhere.

I originally wrote this post two days before Cobra’s most recent intel release which you can find here. I think it’s safe to say that it has left a lot of the community reeling from its implications. Many of us are running through all the possible scenarios and how they would affect us personally. Often, because of the millennia (and more) of years of trauma that we’ve each sustained, we tend to jump to worst case scenarios. This is because we have lived through many worst case scenarios, and we still carry the cellular memory, subconscious beliefs and programming as a result.
Recently I have been trying to unravel the states of anxiety that I often find myself in. I realised that so often, I think of something that’s not going well in my life or that I find stressful. Before I know it, minutes have passed, my vibration has plummeted and my mind is playing out all these terrible situations as if there’s no hope and it’s the end of the world. My guides have been coming in strongly lately in an effort to help me break this habit. Their first piece of advice? Stop worrying. Which leads on to the second piece of advice. Whenever there’s a situation that I’m unhappy with, rather than simply not worrying or allowing my mind to get carried away in a negative state, I need to use it as a catalyst and actually FLIP the worst case scenarios into best case scenarios. And focus on those instead. Blast all the people involved with love and compassion. Know that there is a Divine perfection to everything, and it is being resolved for the highest good of everyone.
This leads me onto Cobra’s post and our current situation. I’m sick of the planetary situation, you’re sick of the planetary situation and the light forces are sick of the planetary situation. What I’m learning, is that the most powerful way to exert my free will, although it is also the most challenging, is to manage my emotional and mental state and direct it for good. So, if you find yourself feeling like things are looking pretty bleak and hopeless; if you feel fearful of what’s to come, then CHANGE IT. It is within your power. After my partner, Tim, read Cobra’s post, he turned to me and said ‘This is my fault. I haven’t been doing enough. I could have joined in more meditations and done more lightwork.’ At first I laughed at his unbalanced sense of responsibility! But, you know what? He has a point! Each of us has the responsibility. Each of us needs to step up now like our life depends on it. Maybe it really does. We need to offer out natural gifts; give abundantly what brings us joy. Can you imagine how different this world would be if even 10% of the people who read Cobra’s blog fully embodied the belief and took action as if the Event was dependent on them? We’d be killing it! (In the good way!)
What follows is my original post. I wrote it when I was feeling so optimistic and upbeat, and I wanted to keep that energy intact because it is exactly the energy and perspective I want to embody on 11-11. It feels harder to get there now, but I am determined. I hope you will join me.
I was chatting to a dear friend of mine on Skype yesterday and she had a brilliant idea. This final squeeze before the compression breakthrough is taking its toll on many of us. When we are aware how dire things have got on this planet, we may intellectually know the laws of the Universe and manifestation, but it can be very difficult to put it into practise. When you know the extent of the cabal’s distorted actions, and you’re also dealing with personal attacks so much of the time, it’s hardly easy to then put your high-vibe manifestation hat on (hmm, I should get me one of those) and feel all excited about the change that is coming our way. In fact, more than anything, we can get stuck in a place of victimhood and wallowing in negative emotions.
But what if we did put our high-vibe manifestation hats on? What if we manifested life post-compression breakthrough? For me, when I visualise life after the Event, I imagine we will have one MASSIVE party. I think of all these amazing souls I’ve connected with through the Facebook communities, and I want to meet you all physically, give you a massive hug and then dance into the night. Maybe with ceremonial cacao, but I’m sure we won’t need such things by then. I imagine feeling free, elevated, energised, my body feeling clean and strong, and just so much joy overflowing from me that I want to run up to everyone in the street and kiss them!

And then will be 11-11-11 portal on November 11 (2018 = 2+0+1+8 = 11), which is a time of activations of Oneness energies, supported by galactic and cosmic forces, with a special focus at 11:11 UTC, to connect with the Source from within our heart, linked with other hearts of creation : Central Sun, heart center of Gaia, our Sun, etc.
Certain key mass meditations have been organised for the day, especially by the Corey Goode and Cobra communities (and I’m sure many others). I urge you to take part in the mass meditations that resonate with your heart.

At 11:11 AM EST – A MEDITATION TO CLEAR THE ENERGETIC PLANES AND OPEN THE WAY FOR FULL DISCLOSURE
According to Cobra, ‘On November 11th, a very important portal will open with a lot of activity of the Pleiadian fleet.’ I have been guided to use channelled Pleiadian transmissions to create a portal through which the Pleiadians can start to work more directly with those people who feel drawn to connect with them. As the veil thins, building a direct relationship with the Pleiadians and anchoring their frequency through your physical body allows us to bring the Event and first contact that much closer. Not only that, but you can also receive a deep healing through working with these frequencies. Our specific focus for this transmission will be the unification of humanity with our Pleiadian brothers and sisters. We will focus on visualising first contact, the building of our relationships together and the co-creation of our beautiful 5D future. It will be a magical journey!
As well as taking part in these incredibly powerful meditations to assist the light forces, why not take it a step further and use the power of this day to manifest the Event? Why not create 11-11 as the day we live as if we’re already celebrating the victory?
My friend’s idea was for each of us to create a day of ceremony and joy, from start to finish. Think about what makes you most joyful and happy, and fill your day with it. Feel like it’s your birthday, or like you’re a kid at Christmas. Join together with the people you most love. Maybe have a few friends round for a gathering. Create a personal or group ceremony. Play with your kids. Play with your pets. Go and get a massage or go to a spa day. Treat the whole day like one massive celebration of life. We did it; we won! Leave the laundry, leave the mundanities of life for the day, and instead go and have some FUN! Celebrate you in all your awesomeness.
For me, aside from the mass meditations, I will be with my lovely partner Tim and our son Tommy. Ceremonial cacao will be involved, as will dancing round the house to the Frozen soundtrack (Tommy’s favourite right now!) We will make a beautiful meal, something that feels like a treat, and we will do something fun and high-energy like go to this new trampoline parkour park I’ve recently discovered for a parent/toddler session. (Seriously, most fun I’ve pretty much everrr had!)
Please join me in putting your cares aside for just one day. Let’s feel the magic of life, and remember that it won’t be long before this will be our permanent state. I can’t wait to hear your stories of what you have planned and hear how amazing your day was! Love to you all!

11:11 MEDITATION INSTRUCTIONS (For the Cobra Group Meditation at 11:11 EST)
1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to speed up the process of healing for Earth and her inhabitants, the removal of all remaining toplet bombs, and the triggering of the Event.
3. Visualize a pillar of electric blue Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, then entering our Solar System and going through all beings of Light inside our Solar System and then through your body to the center of the Earth.
4. Visualize another pillar of Light rising from the center of the Earth, then up through your body and upwards into the sky towards all beings of Light in our Solar System and our galaxy, and finally connecting with the Galactic Center and the Source.
5. You are now sitting in two pillars of Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously. Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.
6. Now visualize the heart chakras of all people meditating opening up, putting their differences aside, and connecting to one another with a pillar of pink light, creating a world-wide grid of unity and love.
7. Visualize the White Fire of AN, emanating from the Source, flowing through the Galactic Center and towards the Earth, purifying all remaining toplet bombs on the plasma plane around the Earth. Visualize the Light Forces of Galactic Command Fleet removing and dissolving all remaining toplet bombs with their advanced technologies. Visualize the White Fire of AN purifying all anomaly and reversing all entropy within the plasma shield around the Earth.
8. Visualize people of all ages, all over the earth, from all kinds of different jobs and professions, waking up and collectively activating their missions.
9. Visualize the Event happening, restoring Oneness, Harmony, Peace and Prosperity to Earth and her inhabitants. Visualize Source Light manifesting itself easily on planet Earth and bringing the quarantine to an end.
